The RCRC employs 45 staff members. The Manager oversees the daily operations of the road commission and ensures that policies established by the commissioners are properly implemented. Each Road Foreman directs a crew of 16, consisting of equipment operators and truck drivers, and the Shop Foreman supervises a team of three mechanics.
